Anti-Spam Policy
This page explains how Kerbly contacts businesses by email, how to ask us to stop, and how to report any message you believe breaks this policy.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Kerbly does not send bulk or unsolicited marketing email to consumers, and we do not promote kerbly.org through unsolicited messages.
1. Who we contact
We contact UK businesses only, mainly wedding and events venues. Our messages are individual, written for the business they are sent to, and relevant to how that business takes enquiries. We do not send marketing email to private individuals.
2. What every message includes
- It clearly says who is sending it and which business they represent.
- It is sent from a real mailbox that receives replies.
- It is honest about why we are getting in touch.
3. Links and our website
We do not include links to kerbly.org in our cold outreach emails, and we do not use affiliates, resellers or other third parties to promote our website by email.
4. Where contact details come from
We gather business contact details from public sources, such as Google Maps listings and venues' own websites, and from a business contact lookup tool. We do not buy or rent mailing lists.
5. Asking us to stop
If you would like us to stop contacting you, reply to any message and say so, or email olivermitchell@kerbly.org. We remove you straight away and do not contact you again.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe a message sent in our name breaks this policy, or you think someone is misusing the Kerbly name, please email olivermitchell@kerbly.org with a copy of the message including its full headers if you can. We read every report and reply promptly.
